Join us for a day trip, to look at all this and indulge in a flora and bug bioblitz! We'll have entomologist Allison Menzies, pollinator specialist Susan Hoebee, and Simon Heyes and John Morgan to cover the plants.

Meet at the main gate on Cape Clear-Rokewood Rd. When you get to the site, park in line with cars already there on the north side of the road only.

Remember to bring your lunch and snacks, wear closed shoes, dress sensibly for the weather and bring sunscreen and water!

Because the site is quite sensitive, we’re capping numbers of visitors to 40. And we’ll have a waitlist. If you register but realise you can’t make it, please cancel your registration so someone else can join us.

We may be able to organise some carpooling. Tick the box on the registration form if that’s something you’d be interested in, as a driver or passenger.

There’ll be a footbath for Phytophthora cinnamomi (Cinnamon fugus), so please clean your shoes beforehand. Bear in mind there are no toilet facilities onsite (but nearby at the intersection in Cape Clear near the lighthouse).
