This is a free, activity-packed weekend with wildflower walks, animal spotlighting, and talks from grassland experts, all based in and around Terrick Terrick National Park in north-central Victoria. 

Guests are welcome to bring a caravan or camp at the Davies Homestead Ruins site in Terrick Terrick National Park. Food is BYO and toilets will be available. There is also a BBQ available to use for evening meals. Gates open at 2pm on the Friday and close Sunday mid-morning. 

Other accommodation is available at Victoria Hotel in Pyramid Hill, the caravan park at Pyramid Hill, or try local rentals.

We’ll have Kath Rawlings, author of ‘Endangered grasslands’ speaking, Emily Scicluna on Fat-tailed Dunnarts, Chris Tzaros on Grey-crowned Babblers and Ema Corro on all things grassily mycological!

Other activities on the cards include nocturnal spotlighting (register separately for the Friday or Saturday), wildflower walks including to George’s Paddock (bring potential investors!), a Gazania hunt, and Wheel Cactus stabbing!
